There are 3 things you need to remember if want to keep your starbucks calories low:
Let start with the blends. Wanna hear a disturbing story? A friend of mine told me about this great blend she had at Starbucks. It was a Venti Strawberries & Crème Frappuccino Blended Crème and Whip. I just had to lookup the starbucks calories table and check this drink nutrition values. Do you have any idea how many calories this drink has? 750 calories!!
I really couldn't believe this...It is so high in calories..
So when you are going for a blend, choose the light ones. There are only 110 calories to 200 calories in a grande light blend .
About the milk portion, that’s very important when discussing the effect of the starbucks calories on your diet. But it’s simple: whole milk has a lot of fat and that mean a lot more calories. A venti whole milk cafe latte has 290 calories! The same now with low-fat milk has 240 calories, and with non fat milk - 170 calories. A 120 calories difference between the whole milk and non fat one.
Let's think about it. Most of us drink coffee everyday. So even if you go over the starbucks calories list and see a small difference between 2 drinks, it can add up to a big difference over a week and a month. So choose carefully.
BEAUTY TIPS

What a wonderful night ! !
" ah, look.. everyone is busy preparing for the rehearsal ..."
The open ceremony started with the 24 seasons drum.It was fantastic as this is my first time to see this event as I never watch this 24 seasons drum before. That night after I had finish all my responsibilities, I watched the event together with my friends.There were Wushu, the dance of happiness, the fan dance,and drama..
Actually I had took part in the decoration unit in decorating the astaka before the event held..I involved in making the tanglung that needed to be put , floated in the pond.Besides that, I also help in making the flowers that need to be put in front of the stage.Although it was tired, as I need to go for meeting for a few times, and made the lantern together with my roomates, as we were busy with our assignment, we still manage to use our free time to do the lantern. At that night ,as the event was launced, everyone was excited, including me as all our hard work was shared by the audiences and everyone was enjoying it.

SILLY mistake...
I feel shame..
Well, every night, I will brush my teeth before I go to bed.So, as usual, I went to brush my teeth that night.I put the toothpaste on my toothbrush and started to brushed my teeth..
I just feel a bit uncomfortable with the taste of the toothpaste..
Then I just have a look, and then only I realized that i mistaken it and us my facial wash as the the toothpaste .
"Oh, my goodness !! What happen to me ?? Am I dreaming??"
I washed my mouth and then washed my face later.Yeah, my mind is thinking about something else,.. about my work , about my test, and my daily activities..Perhaps, I need to pay attention in everything I am doing..

What do we mean by sleeping difficulty?
Sleeping difficulty, or is called insomnia can involve difficulty falling asleep when you first go to bed at night, waking up too early in the morning, and waking up often during the night.
Everyone has an occasional sleepless night, and this is not a problem for most people. However, according to Americans report, about as many as 25% of people having occasional sleeping problems, and insomnia is a chronic problem for about 10% of people.
The lack of restful sleep can affect your ability to carry out daily responsibilities because you are too tired or have trouble concentrating. All types of insomnia can lead to daytime drowsiness, poor concentration, and the inability to feel refreshed and rested in the morning.
Most adults do best with about 8 hours of sleep each night until age 60, after which 6 hours may be enough. Even though the elderly need less sleep, almost one half of people over 60 experience some degree of insomnia.
The best measure of the amount of sleep needed is how you feel. If you awaken feeling refreshed, you are getting enough sleep. For some people, this may take only 4 hours. Others can need up to 10 hours to feel rested.
Insomnia may cause:
-Dark circles under the eyes
-Disorientation
-Fatigue
-Irritability
-Posture changes
-Reduced energy level
What causes sleeplessness?
-Aging
-Anxiety
-Bed or bedroom that does not promote sleep
-Depression
-Lack of exposure to bright light or sunlight
-taking too many medications,and pills.

-sleeping too much during the day
-Stress and worrying
-Wake-sleep pattern disturbances
Therefore,if you are depressed,do take time to relax yourself or going for a walk to relax youself as this may help you to create a good night time sleep.
